• Skin health: long-term journeys vs quick fixes.

• Epidermis and stratum corneum: a deep dive on skin anatomy pertaining to estheticians.

• Plant physiology and key ingredients: looking at nature to seek balance and inspiration.

• Nutrition for the skin: how our epithelial cells respond to nourishment.

• The basics of a Botnia facial: high-level discussion of what goes into planning and performing a holistic facial.

• Home care: helping your guest build their skincare toolbox and start thinking like an esthetician.

• Spa talk and language: the impact and importance of word choice.
